These terms govern your use of our platform. By accessing PCL, you agree to abide by the rules set forth below.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering, accessing, or using Pavan Cash Loot (PCL), you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our platform and must discontinue use immediately.
2. Eligibility & Restrictions
To use PCL, you must meet the following criteria:
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
- You must be a legal resident of India.
- Users residing in restricted states (including but not limited to Assam, Odisha, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Nagaland, and Sikkim) are strictly prohibited from participating in any probability-based or real-money games on this platform.
3. Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and registered mobile number. PCL will not be held liable for any unauthorized access, loss of funds, or damages resulting from your failure to secure your account.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
When handling funds on our platform, the following rules apply:
- Deposits: Funds added via incorrect UTR (Unique Transaction Reference) numbers or invalid payment methods may result in permanent loss of funds. Ensure all details are accurate before submitting a deposit request.
- Withdrawals: Requests are processed manually to ensure security. Processing may take up to 24 hours, excluding banking holidays and weekends.
- Refunds: All transactions are final. Refunds are strictly issued only at the discretion of the Admin if a verified technical error occurs on our end.
5. User Conduct & Anti-Fraud
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against cheating. Your account will be permanently banned without notice if you engage in:
- Using automated scripts, bots, or auto-clickers to claim rewards.
- Creating multiple fake accounts to exploit referral bonuses or Lifafa claims.
- Submitting fraudulent or already-used UTR transaction numbers.
Penalty: All wallet funds in banned accounts will be immediately and permanently forfeited.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, graphics, code, and software on the PCL app/website are the property of Pavan Cash Loot. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our platform without explicit written consent.
